Some listings show services from partner firms, such as surveys, lawyers or currency transfer. If you use one, we may receive a referral fee or commission from that firm. It doesn't add to what you pay and it doesn't affect our ratings. Partner cards are labelled, so you can always tell them apart from our own guidance.
We have no paid partners yet. Every service card on the site is our own free guidance.
Partners never affect ratings. A home's rating is worked out the same way whether or not a partner is involved, and sellers can't pay to improve it.
